Susan Belcher

Licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor

Susan is a Dancer and Choreographer. She is a Colorado University Boulder graduate in Theater and Dance who is Zumba and Zumba Gold Certified as well as a certified Group Fitness Trainer.

Susan is passionate about Dance, Fitness and Heath. She is also the mother of two boys and the Founder of Spring Forward For Autism.

Her Zumba classes provide a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Alex is a master Zumba instructor that has been part of the Fitness on Fifth Team for over xx years.  His classes will get you moving to the Latin beat and his Columbian spirit with enliven your workout routine!

Meredith Stanton

Instructor

Meredith specializes Tabata a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that is broken down into 4 minute blocks. The structure of the Tabata 4 minute block is:

  • workout hard for 20 seconds
  •  rest 10 seconds
  • complete 8 rounds of the 20/10 seconds
  • recover for 30 seconds before next block

This class last 55 minutes including a warm-up, 10 blocks, abs and cool down/stretch… Tabata is a great quick workout that will improve your athletic condition, improve your glucose metabolism, and improve how much fat you burn… Incorporate this workout into your fitness routine and see results!! Be ready to sweat 🙂

Christy Vergara, Certified Animal Flow Instructor
Christy has 20 years of experience as a health and nutrition educator! She is a mom of three who specializes in women’s wellness coaching and advocates for moms who need self-care. Christy is excited to bring Animal Flow to the Space Coast! Animal Flow is a fun new bodyweight practice influenced by yoga, breakdance, and capoeira. In class, you will learn unique movement combinations to form flows, designed to develop strength, mobility, and flexibility. You’ll sweat and get your heart rate up, too!

Animal Flow with Christy will be at Fitness on Fifth Tuesdays 10:30 am – 11:15 am and Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm. Meet in the studio or Zoom with us!
