Susan is a Dancer and Choreographer. She is a Colorado University Boulder graduate in Theater and Dance who is Zumba and Zumba Gold Certified as well as a certified Group Fitness Trainer.
Susan is passionate about Dance, Fitness and Heath. She is also the mother of two boys and the Founder of Spring Forward For Autism.
Her Zumba classes provide a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Love dancing and staying healthy? I conduct a Zumba cardio dance fitness class full of smiles and fun! The one hour Zumba class dances consist of hip-hop and Latin American dance moves integrated to create full dances to recent Pop and Latin Music. An effective warm-up and a cool-down/stretch is incorporated into the class. The songs range from high intensity (some jumping, but always alternatives according to your needs) to a low intensity tango. With these styles of songs and intensity you are sure to come to find your favorite in class!
One-on-one personal training sessions also available! I love exercising for fun and staying in shape, including distance races and paddle boarding, and just running on the beach…and really love seeing other people improve their health and fitness!

I have been dancing since I was 4 years old. I danced for twelve years and coached for two at Dance Mania where, in 2013, I was recognized as Dance Mania’s “Dancer of the Year”. I have won multiple national champion competitions. When I’m not at the studio, I help at my church and study at school.
