WELCOME to Fitness on Fifth!

We are a family of instructors and members who exercise, dance, and move to a variety of fitness classes. Our incredible instructors offer a wide range of exercise styles and speeds to fit anyone’s workout preferences.
The fitness center is conveniently located on beachside’s coastal-cool Fifth Avenue in Indialantic, Florida. Here everyone supports and encourages each other to achieve proper form in training as well as personal fitness goals.





Classes that work for you!


We take the ``work`` out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.


Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that is broken down into 4 minute blocks. This class last 55 minutes including a warm-up, 10 blocks, abs and cool down/stretch... Tabata is a great quick workout that will improve your athletic condition, improve your glucose metabolism, and improve how much fat you burn.

Jeannie is the creator of myhiphopFit who's mission is to enhance the lives of exceptional people through dance, fitness and wellness!


Uncover your strongest you. A blend of different styles of yoga, our classes incorporate strength, grace, alignment and breath to create a challenging yet safe practice for all. You’ll improve your overall flexibility and coordination and leave the class feeling serene, relaxed and centered. This workout will improve your mind, body and life

Core Fit

Strengthen and tone your core through a variety of fun and challenging exercises. This class is designed to help you build core muscles that will help increase balance, prevent injuries, and improve daily living ability.


A calorie burning class done all in heels to ignite your calves and strengthen the legs and core. The intro class will teach you the basics and fundamentals as well as work on flexibility. The more advanced class will build on what you know!

Interval Training

Intense intervals combining resistance and cardio exercises to burn calories and build lean muscle. These rigorous sequences of work followed by short periods of rest will improve endurance and activate all major muscle groups.
